Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, the time you place your order, and the availability of the item.
When you process your order, we will show you the available shipping methods, the cost and the estimated delivery date.

To ensure that your package is delivered correctly and that you receive it within the timeframes specified by us, we ask that you ensure that your address is entered correctly and contains all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, house numbers, house or apartment numbers and route information (if applicable) is crucial for timely delivery. We are not responsible for lost, lost or misdelivered shipments if the address details provided are incorrect or entered incorrectly at the time of purchase.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
When you place your order, we will inform you of the expected delivery date. You can track the order through your account or, if you ordered as a guest, through the link in one of the emails we sent you about your purchase.
CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING METHOD?
You can only change the chosen shipping method if you contact us within 24 hours of completing the purchase.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER CANNOT BE DELIVERED?
If you have opted for home delivery and you were not present at the time of delivery, please contact us. We will then verify this with the courier.
CAN MY ORDER BE DELAYED?
If we are unable to deliver your order on the estimated delivery date, we will send you an e-mail. You can see the new delivery date in the details of your order.
MY ORDER IS MARKED AS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. WHAT CAN I DO?
